Nur Afizan' Case

The accused was charged with murder under Section 302 Penal Code.
By a Representation mad by counsel Mr. G.K Sritharan to the Ketua Unit Pendakwaan Johor, Nur Afizan was released of the charge. He was initially was represented by Mr Ramesh from Kluang, but later appointed Mr. G.K Sritharan.
